The use of aloe internally has yielded inconsistent therapeutic effects, and has not been shown to be effective for permanent weight loss. In addition, it can cause significant fluctuations in blood sugar levels, thus diabetic
patients should avoid this herb. Many advertisements say that Gurana is free from side effects but it is not true, it causes high blood pressure.
